Divya Prabha
My journey began with a passion for understanding human behavior and designing experiences that are both functional and deeply impactful. At Microsoft Research, I led co-design initiatives, conducted UX research, and designed user experiences focused on accessibility, inclusive design, and human-computer interaction witnessing the profound impact for visually impaired and Deaf and hard of hearing communities.
My curiosity and desire for continuous learning led me to pursue a master’s in service design from the University of Arts London. This experience has equipped me to tackle complex challenges and deliver holistic service experiences that consider every touchpoint of the user journey.
